Win95 vs. 3.XX

Many thanks to the nine individuals who responded to my query 
regarding choosing between Windows95 and 3.XX for new public 
workstations.  The winner by unanymous acclaim was Windows95.  Most 
of the reasoning centered around ease of networking and ease of 
setting up Internet access.
