making databases Web-accessible

Hi,

I used Tango last summer for a grad project.  It does obviate the need
to know perl or C, however the documentation has several serious gaps
that I am not have been corrected.  Tye do not make it explicitly clear
that files need to be a paricluar folders in the client software.  
Otherwis the setup documentaion is great.  Running it can cause problems
if you are not a "serious" programmer or have handled WWW-client
databases.  Saved alot of time.  I give it a B+/A- rating.
