I have been looking in NT 4.0 and have found the same things as Mr. Risner.
I have also found that when a workstation has remote administration turned
on then the remote administrator has total access to ALL files and
directories on the local workstation. This is not a problem in the case of
public workstations but the privacy question then arises with regard to
desktop workstations. I should note that the remote administrator has to
take ownership of any file or directory and change permissions before
reading the files.
