WWW and County Libraries

Hello,
I've been away and have missed much.  When I left someone out there was 
compiling data on County Public Libraries that act as a door to the 
Internet for other County departments or some such thing.  

I am very, very interested in the result of this data, or even the raw 
data.  I don't mean to restart an old thread here, so if you have this 
data or if you are at a public library providing Internet service of some 
kind to rest of your County government please e-mail me directly.
