If you have a clear idea of what the request is, (more than two
fairly specific search terms)  I highly recommend MetaCrawler.

Few graphics, no adds, parallel serach engine.  Retreives first 10 hits
from various serach engines and collates the results.  Users rairly go
past the second or third page of hits.  I know I don't.  With the
overlapping results I beleive that coverage is thorough.
