This is a tough one, probably the essence of the have-have_not problem
which is rarely considered sitting at a US University with T3 and full
blazing glory. Problem is very different in India outside of Bangalore,
maybe in Faridabad, or in Yogyakarta or the country side of Bangladesh or
inner-city NY or Indianapolis. If _information_ is the goal than Lynx
works but if information is visual there is a big problem. Some folks
need to design for the here and now, some folks need to design for
tomorrow. Neither are right, neither are wrong, both are needed.
