Mac fonts for ISO Latin-1?

Hello -

I've been looking for a Macintosh font that correctly displays the full ISO
Latin-1 character set. As you Mac folks may know, most of the characters
(e.g., vowels with accents or umlauts) display correctly, but certain ISO
characters (e.g., Icelandic eth and thorn, accented y) are not found in the
standard Macintosh character repertoire. Other characters or rectangular
boxes display instead.

We may be mounting some Web resources in Icelandic or other languages, and
we'd like to be sure that at least library workstations can display the
text correctly. Can anyone direct me to some Mac ISO fonts? I've tried
various sources, including the W3C site, without success.
