Blocking chat on Netscape

Susie,
Since there ase graphical chat sites on the web, I don't see how you can do
this unless you use cyberpatrol or something like that. Our public library
has decided that chat is just as valid a use of the internet as any other
protocol, so have also loaded Netscape Chat so our patrons will have all of
the capabilities of command line chatting. We have a 20 minute time limit on
the Internet access computers IF someone is waiting to us them. I'd like to
hear the argument as to why chat is not considered a valid use of the
Internet. If you'd care to share, I'll look forward to hearing from you.
