Netscape 3.0 on a 486

Laura and all,

Not exactly a performance issue, but you should consider that 
Netscape 3.0 for Windows 3.11 is not Java enabled. This may or may 
not concern you, but both Microsoft and Netscape persist with the 
assumption that the whole (Windows) world switched to Win95, which is 
extremely irritating for those who didn't/couldn't. Internet Explorer 
3.0 isn't even available for Win3.11!
