Yes, you could set up an anonymous telnet account on a UNIX server, and 
have that account fire up Lynx (a text-mode WWW browser for UNIX) and 
have it load your homepage.

Lynx is available for most UNIX versions, in some cases you must compile 
it. You can try our scheme-- telnet to ci.mty.itesm.mx, and log in as 
'www'.
