Using Public Search Engine to Index particular site?

At the Universityy of Waterloo Library we are currently using
FreeWAIS_sf to index our Web site (http://www.lib.uwatyerloo.ca/) and
wwwwais2.5 as the CGI script. Both these programs are free.
