Telnet connection error & Netscape

Hello!

I am running Telnet and Netscape using Trumpet Winsock on 486's
that are connected using TCP/IP ethernet.  For some reason, a couple of the 
terminlas will not open Telnet from within Netscape.  A dialog box
comes up that reads:

SOCKET ERRROR

[10061] Connection Refused



Does anyone out there have a clue/solution?  This problem does not occur
on all of the terminals...
