Privacy and Public Access Netscape PCs in the Library

I have gotten several messages from people suggesting that we use privacy
screens such as the ones sold by 3M. We tested the 3M privacy screens and
found that when viewing graphics on the PC, they make the image *clearer*
at a distance if you are standing at less than a 45 degree angle from the
PC. If you are looking at the PC from the side, the image is completely
blocked. We found that the privacy screens work quite well for text-only
images.

Is anyone out there using privacy screens for images?

Regards, Donna
