I agree. I've had a rather visible form on the net for several months for
people submitting entries to Libweb. Number of crank submissions: one.
Number of submissions from people who don't pay attention to what the form
is supposed to be used for: many times that number.
(Number of books and other print materials I've seen vandalized in crank
or abusive fashion: beyond count.)
