Abuse of Forms? -Reply

I continue to be amazed at the things we worry
about, like "abuse of forms" on web pages.  Sure,
someone can put in a frivolous or obscene
message.  But they've been able to do that for
years in the regular suggestion box.  So why worry
about it now?  The same of course is true for
identifying oneself as someone else.  

Don't librarians have better things to worry about? 
This would seem especially the case when there is
absolutely NOTHING you can do about it.
