Internet handout tips sought?

I'm looking for a site or some helpful hints from others who prepare 
documentation for Internet classes.  Perhaps a list of "do's and don'ts" 
for writing good cheat sheets?  This is for a presentation to librarians 
who teach the net.  Please reply directly to me.  If there's interest on 
the list, I'll be glad to summarize.
