Since questions like this are cropping up more often, I'll offer a plug
for the well-maintained archive at
<URL:http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Web4Lib/archive.html>.  Faster than
posting the question back to the list, and doesn't get 2600 people digging
through their back e-mail.
