Library Internet policies

[Deb Messling]

Yesterday, someone posted a site with a collection of public library Internet
access policies.  I saw it, bookmarked it, and haven't been able to access it
since (unfortunately flushed my cache, too - grr).  Is there another way
to get at this site?  Talk about tantalizing!
