Library Bldg Project Description

For those interested in or undertaking new library building projects (a 
difficult endeavor in today's climate), or for those interested in 
another use of the Web to disseminate information, St. Cloud State 
University (MN) created several pages describing our building project 
and comparing it with other projects.

The Web information was one of many we used in lobbying the legislature 
to grant funding for the project.  Construction funds were allocated 
this past spring.
