Editing Netscape 2.02 in Windows 95 w/Borland C++ 5.0

Has anyone on the list tried the above combination? We adapted the
instructions available at the WEB4LIB web site for the above, but have
run into two major anomalies in regard to the menu bar.
1) After setting the "Add bookmarks" item to greyed or disabled, it still
shows up active.
2) The only item that shows up under the Window menu item is "New
Window". I have looked in all of the other resources thinking that it was
somewhere else as a submenu. However, I have not been able to find
the menu items that list "Netscape Mail, Netscape News", etc. We can
completely grey-out the Window item entirely, but that's not what we
really want to do. We'd like to make news available, but restrict mail.

If anyone else has tried this or has any suggestions, please let me know.
When I get this figured out, I will post the updated instructions to the list.

Thanks,
