3M makes the "Privacy Plus" screen filters.  They allow only the person 
seated directly in front of the monitor to see what's on the screen. 

They come in 5 sizes to fit 10" - 19" monitors, and cost $89.99 - 
$239.95.  I've seen them in catalogs from Dartek 1-800-832-7835 and Global.
