Internet consultation available at ALA Midwinter

Five leading trainers in the use of the Internet in libraries will be
available for consultation at the Neal-Schuman booth (number 440) at the ALA
Midwinter Meeting exhibits in San Antonio.
 
* Allen Benson, author of _The Complete Internet Companion for Librarians_
and coauthor of the forthcoming _Connecting Kids and the Internet: A Handbook
for Librarians, Teachers, and Parents_, will be available from 9:00-12:00 on
Saturday, Jan. 20.
 
* Ray Metz and Gail Junion-Metz, authors of the forthcoming _Using the World
Wide Web and Creating Home Pages: A How-To-Do-It Manual for Librarians_, will
be available from 3:00 to 4:30 on Saturday, Jan. 20.
 
* Elizabeth Thomsen, author of the forthcoming _Reference and Collection
Development on the Internet_, will be available from 9:00-12:00 on Sunday,
Jan. 21.

* John Maxymuk, author of _Finding Government Information on the Internet: A
How-To-Do-It Manual_ will be available from 9:00-11:00 on Monday, Jan. 22.
 
The trainers' recent and forthcoming books will also be available for
browsing,  purchase, or prepublication ordering at a 20% discount at the
booth as well.
 
Come, ask the authors questions about integrating the Internet into your
library's services, and take advantage of  some free expert consultation.
