Mamet did a play called Oleana where the advertising said: No matter which
side you side with you are wrong. I think this is a similar situtation. 

Bill is right he doesn't have the _right_. 

Robert is right there is no neutral situation. Doing nothing is making a 
political statement in itself.

If Bill exercises that most extreme of politcal statements known to man 
and woman in 1996 in the USA 

<BODY BGCOLOR="#000000">

he does provide an opportunity for his college to deal with the situation 
in a public forum because there are a few people who will object to the 
use of <BODY BGCOLOR="#000000"> in public discourse. Could think of it as 
_educational_ moment.
