Acrobat Reader 3.0 as a plugin

The Acrobat plugin requires the Reader program to be opened in the
background -- it acts as the engine doing the rendering of the PDF
document and then passing the graphics back to Netscape via the plugin.

  It would be nice if it would close itself after use, but the downsize
is that if you are viewing multiple PDF documents that it would require
relaunching Reader each time.
