Netscape and printing

First, I want to thank everyone who replied to my question about printing
with Netscape when the page is oversized.
I received a number of replies that stated one could use Netscape's print
options to reduce the page size by a percentage.
I have Netscape 3.0 (final) on all of our IBM compatible (Windows 3.11
version) computers, and I cannot for the life of me find this option. I
have looked under every option under Netscape, ESPECIALLY the print and page
setup options, and can find only the margin (0.50) option for the top,
bottom, left and right sides of the paper. Although I can zoom a page up on
the screen, I cannot seem to find a place to set a percentage size ANYWHERE.
HELP!!!
Could someone tell me exactly where this option is? Appreciate the help.
Also, resetting the video is not easy on a computer which has been "locked"
up for the patrons, and is not an option I could give the librarians to tell
the patrons for their own use, although I will keep that option in mind.
