"editing" Netscape for Windows 3.1 (again!)

For the record, running Netscape in 'kiosk' mode disables the Mail 
button at the bottom right corner of the navigator windows, although the 
image is still tehre, clicking it doesn't do anything...

(to run netscape in kiosk mode, the command line is something like  
"c:\netscape\program\netscape.exe -k" )

Kiosk mode also disables all menus and navigation buttons. The nav 
buttons could be programmed back in using javascript... for details, 
e-mail me =)
