Internet Assistant for Word

I hope someone on this list can help me.  I recently downloaded the above
product to convert a 60 page Word document to HTML.  The conversion was
successful.  A few days later when I opened Word, it seemed to open in
Internet Assistant instead, and in some kind of edit mode.  I've obviously
done something wrong, and I can't find any information on the MS website
that answers my specific problem.  

Please reply to me personally if you have a solution.
