Job Announcement:  Systems Librarian; Orem Public Library; Orem, Utah

DUTIES:  Responsible for administration, training, support, coordination,
and planning for DYNIX, Novell NetWare, LAN and WAN, standard library
CD-ROM applications, data and software infrastructures, troubleshooting
PC's and peripherals, Internet and WWW.  Participates as a member of
the Library's professional team for administration, planning, training and
budgeting.  Teaches, trains and supervises library clerks and technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Requires an ALA/MLS and one year experience as a
working library professional or para-professional, or comparable
combination of education and experience.  Skilled in integrated library
systems and a variety of standard and current software.

SALARY: $2,538 to $3,173 per month depending upon qualifications.
