Remote Web access

     I am interested in knowing whether the campuses of the members of this 
group provide dial-in access to the Web (not just text-based) for their 
users from home.
     For those who do, how is this handled? Is there a fee? Is it available 
to all persons affiliated with the institution? What software is used to 
provide security such as passwords? How long have you had it? Any other 
issues?
      Like many campuses we have dial-in access from home to various campus 
servers for email, gopher etc., but not yet for access to the Web other than 
through Lynx.
     Please respond to me and I can summarize for the group if there is 
sufficient interest.
