Win95 Public stations in Library

At Houston Public Library, we rename the help EXE files (WINHELP.EXE and 
WINHLP32.EXE) when we "lock down" a public workstation.  We have a batch 
file that makes this and many other changes to the system & registry.  

When WINHELP.EXE and WINHLP32.EXE are renamed, the system can't find them 
and so a patron gets an error message when they choose Start | Help.
