Document to use to evaluate browsers?

Does anyone know where I can find some guidelines to evaluate Web Browsers. 
I need to evaluate and compare two competative browsers (not Netscape)  
for my company. I'm looking at their functionality as well as inter- and  
intranet system features.  Lists of technical standards compliance, and  
sys admin compatibilites to look for would be ideal.
If it helps to know for what platform...we're on NeXT.
