Thanks for forwarding info on BI-L and LIBWAT-L

I updated the BI-L address and am now happily subscribed.

I am still having a problem w/ the LIBWAT-L address.  The address I have
(and many of you were kind enough to send) is
	listserv at ubvm.cc.buffalo.edu

I've written a message to one of the "owners" of the list to try and find
out what I'm doing wrong.  If any of you know, please share.
