Aeromedical Evacuation Manual

To assist our Nursing Faculty in their preparation for  the Aeromedical  Nursing course, we are
searching for the Aeromedical Evacuation Manual prepared by the U.S. Army, 1979 
edition or later.  we  have visited many sites including one most promising:  the Lyster U.S. Army 
Aeromedical Center Medical Library Home Page, but have not been able 
to locate it.  (My email message to the Lyster Homepage went answered) .  If you know of any site
 which has this manual available, please advise
