Donald, and interested others,

I can't recommend it, only suggest it.(A rep. just contacted me about 
it.)   Iconovex Corp. has a product called Anchorpage that indexes 
and links Web documents. I believe it makes the whole site searchable also. 

It is rather pricey but you may want to take a look at it at their Web 
Page...http://www.iconovex.com/

I am not affiliated with them in any way.  I just thought that this 
may be what you are looking for.
