Printing Web Pages

I am new to this list, and I hope this is an appropriate question and 
that someone out there can help me:

I (and some of my colleagues) have Nyma Pentium computers and Epson 
FX-870 printers.  The problem:  When we try to print WWW pages, the links 
don't print.  This does not appear to be a problem with the printer, 
since the printer will print links when attached to some of the other 
computers that we have.  We assume that it has something to do with 
software(?), but we cannot determine what it is.

If you have a solution, I'd really appreciate hearing it.
