Is Lotus ScreenCam being used for web demos?

We were thinking of using ScreenCam, but were put off by
a review suggesting that the result "movies" could not be
edited. Clearly, one would want to edit out any undue
delays (or simple mistakes!).

Someone has suggested that the new (?) version of
ScreenCam allows editing. Has anyone tried? Is it
effective? Easy?
