The text of the directive can be found in the EU's official
publications. The German text (only version available here, 
sorry) can be found in "Amtsblatt der Europaeischen Gemein-
schaften", Vol. 38, Date: 30. Oct. 95, C288/14 sqq.,
ISSN: 0376-9461. The text in the other EU-languages will
be available in the appropriate parallel publications.
