ismap for Windows demo

I'm interested in providing a demonstration using a clickable map on a 
Windows 3.1 platform. From what I've seen so far, there is no map 
creation software that would let me run the demo without use of a httpd 
server. 

If I do need to set up a server for this one task, would anyone have 
experience with which combination of server software and imagemap 
software would work together with relative simplicity? From my 
standpoint, my project can be and preferably would be contained on one 
box; no network needed.

Though we plan to implement a web server for our campus soon, we do not 
yet have one available for me to work with.
