For the Mac there is a nice little public domain program, Netscape History,
which goes through the Netscape cache and creates an html index to it which
you can use offline. Just visit all the places you want to show,
disconnect, then run the program. Unfortunately it doesn't change the links
inside the documents so if its a link to another machine or a link not at
the same level you need to change it by hand.
