Why, is there a problem with the one available through  
http://library.wustl.edu? (More specifically,  
http://library.wustl.edu:10000/WorldWindow/1.resources.libraries)

My impression is that the two lists considered most complete are HYTELNET  
at http://library.usask.ca/hytelnet/ and the Yale list of catalogs at  
gopher://libgopher.yale.edu/
