expert systems

Hi, Hana,

I am really curious about that where will you apply the expert system in 
your library.  As I know, expert systems often apply in the field of 
decision-making, such as in the managerial (executive) level, the medical 
consultation...and so forth.  If you are looking for something that can 
help you constructing a system, maybe you can take a look at CASE tools.
