Hello Alexander,
Congratulation on your fiber optic link and a warm welcome to the enormous
world of the Internet!  The world wide web and advent of user-friendly
browsers like Netscape have finally given librarians and other information
specialists the tools to provide organized access to resources on the
Internet.  While your institution may be new to the Internet, the "web" is
fairly new to all of us.  So, cooperation among participants is critical if
we are to take advantage of the challenges.
