Hi Bill,
>From the EZproxy listserv archive (https://ls.suny.edu/read/messages?id=2447867#2447867), I have always liked this simple implementation by Andy Taylor at the University of North Alabama. All the code is inline in the login page, which make is pretty easy to work with.

"Media queries are what we’ve used on our login page:

The CSS is embedded in the page if anyone wants to view source."

I am looking for plug and play code (at best hope) to put into my current Ezproxy pages to display in a mobile friendly form when on a smart phone or tablet. Also, I would want that page to display that way within Boopsie. I do not have access to Dreamweaver or other such design tools. I am using UltraEdit. Any suggestions? NO access to php or other scripting other than javascript and CSS.
