Hi there

At the moment we don't use a scheduling software, but I think I mentioned to you that we were hoping to change over (to a product I used in the past at a former library). I am still trying to convince my staff of the merits - they will get there in the end. Right now it's done in Publisher and is not interactive or useful at all.

The product that I would highly recommend is http://www.whentowork.com/ Very cost-effective and I believe it will do most, if not all of what you want, including the optional items you listed.

Thanks
Jeff
