Hi Stew,

Our Alumni Association at San Diego State allows anyone to purchase a 
membership. When discussing this situation with our Ebsco representative 
he had no issue with our allowing anyone in the Alumni Association to 
access the alumni version of their databases. He stated that some open 
professional associations are providing this type of database access to 
their membership.
