Chris, add Engaged Readers from engagedpatrons.org to your list. We tried
it this fall with our teens and the kids really took to it. Users can
create profiles, upload avatars, share their reading lists, "follow" other
readers to get book ideas -- lots of good social networking stuff to
encourage reading. Our YS librarian created her own list, was able to get
the reports she needed and track prizes. We paid a small fraction of what
Evanced quoted. Smaller libraries can use it for free.
