Subscriber count by country

Roy,
I feel like this listserv is a bit out of hand at the moment. I used to
get a useful weekly digest with posts and questions (I'm currently signed
up for the digest now) and now it is a flurry of people not knowing how to
unsubscribe and general "reply-alls" from people who may not actually be
aware of how to use a listserv properly.
Is there some kind of ground-rules email that could be sent out again to
remind people? I'm not trying to be a listserv hall monitor but I'm
surprised about the amount of emails I'm getting that are basically
people's conversations back and forth. Is there an IRC channel that people
on the listserv who want to talk to each other conversationally can be
directed to? Just a thought.
