[Web4lib] joomla?

You might consider a hosted and managed Drupal 7 site, like Drupal
Gardens from Acquia. At this point, there is very little, if anything
to recommend Joomla over Drupal. The new version of Drupal has a great
admin layer.

All you need on your laptop is a web browser.
