Dreamhost offers free hosting for non-profits. We just had to fax them a
letter attesting to our non-profit status, and we don't pay anything. Their
customer service has been very responsive and helpful, and the control
panel is easy to use. The Wordpress installation was easy to set up, and is
easy to upgrade.
