[Web4lib] Services for Streaming uploaded video?

The problem with the two services listed below is that the material is not material that the institution *owns* the copyright for... we have just been given permission to stream it for some of our courses and definitely ONLY for our students.  And for Critical Commons, the problem is that it's not just clips; we have full films.

Btw, I'm not necessarily only looking for free options, though free or low-cost is a plus.  We could afford to purchase a server and host our own content on it, we just don't have the staff with the time and skills to handle that.
